Shipping
The shipping costs depend on the size, weight and quantity of the items ordered. The shipping costs include the costs of the transport service provider as well as the corresponding surcharges for packaging material and any excess lengths.

For deliveries to non-European countries or non-EU countries, additional country-specific import duties, possibly Customs clearance fees, customs clearance service fees and, if applicable, import sales taxes. The amount of the fees depends on the country of delivery. Please check these fees with your local customs office. You are responsible for these charges.
Transport insurance
Shipping insurance covers cover for hidden damage during delivery. Hidden damage is damage that is not apparent from the outside at first glance.
Surcharge for transport insurance with hidden damage in the shopping cart:
- up to 595.00 euros value of goods, incl. VAT 19% – 7.73 euros, incl. VAT 19%
- up to 1190.00 euros value of goods, incl. VAT 19% – 14.28 euros, incl. VAT 19%
- up to 5950.00 euros value of goods, incl. VAT 19% – 19.63 euros, incl. VAT 19%
- from 5950.00 euros value of goods, incl. VAT 19% - 31.53 euros, incl. VAT 19%
Delivery time
The delivery time in Germany can be found in the respective item description. For deliveries abroad, an additional 4-7 days must be added. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the delivery time is determined by the item ordered with the longest delivery time.
When paying in advance, the delivery time counts from the day after the customer's payment instruction; for other payment methods - from the day after the conclusion of the contract.
Compliance with our delivery obligations may require the provision of print files in the required format (if the item is to be printed individually) and, if necessary, timely approval of the proof (if this has been agreed).
Please note that there is no production or delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
