Cancellation policy and model cancellation form for consumers
(Consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor can be attributed to their self-employed professional activity.)
The right of withdrawal does not exist for distance contracts for the delivery of customer-specific products, which are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last goods.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) about your decision to withdraw from this contract, inform. You can use the attached sample revocation form for this, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Consequences of revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we will owe you all payments we have received from you, including postage costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choosing a different type of delivery than that offered by us, have chosen the cheapest standard delivery) immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which the notification we have received your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment we use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this repayment. We can refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, depending on which is the earlier time.
You have the goods immediately and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us about the cancellation of this contract, return or hand over to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. Before you send the goods back to us, please wait for us to tell you which address / warehouse the return should be made to. This notification will be sent by e-mail within 3 days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. The goods must be returned in new condition and in their original packaging, if possible. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to an examination of the quality, Characteristics and functioning of the goods is not due to the necessary handling of them.
